Cornelius sits along I-77 at exit 28 with Lake Norman to the west, and that geography shapes what we haul. The Jetton Road waterfront, Peninsula Club, and the cove properties off Westmoreland Road generate dock furniture, kayaks, patio sets, and seasonal gear that lake owners clear out when they sell or downsize. The Town Center area and older neighborhoods off Bailey Road have a different character, with sheds, garages, and accumulated goods from long-term residents.
