How Same-Day Actually Works
Call before noon on most days and we can usually get a crew to you the same afternoon. During high-volume periods (January, spring cleaning season, and the week before major holidays) same-day availability gets tight by mid-morning.
The honest constraint: same-day isn’t guaranteed. It depends on where crews are and what’s already on the route. If you call and we can’t do today, we’ll tell you the earliest opening, usually next morning.
If your timeline has any flexibility, booking 24–48 hours out gets you a confirmed time window and typically a lower price.
Does Same-Day Cost More?
Same-day is priced identically to scheduled pickups based on volume. There’s no automatic same-day surcharge on most jobs. The price you pay is based on how much we’re hauling, not how fast you need it. Call to confirm for your specific situation.
